**Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and not transferable.

**Gift Cards and Gift Certificates can only be a monetary value they can not be purchased for a specific service (Services are subject to change).

**Gift Cards and Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates.

**Gift Cards can not be used for Gratuity.

**All appointments require a credit card, gift card or gift certificate (with the value of the appointment) on file for our cancellation policy.
** There is a 24 hour cancellation Policy for all Appointments, If you cancel less then 24 hours or no show, no call the day of your appointment the full appointment fee will be charged to your Credit Card, Gift Certificate, or Gift Card. We charge this fee for the time we block out on our schedule to be available for your appointment.

**Please note: Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services they are discretionary and 18 to 20% is the customary rate. They can NOT be charged on a credit card or gift card. Each provider does accept Venmo.
