We will ask the following information: First name, Last name, Email address and Cell number.
A credit card will be needed to hold your appointment. If you are a first time guest please arrive five minutes early to complete paperwork. Prices for services are NOT negotiable, they do not include gratuity.

Gratuities
Guests, please be advised that gratuities are not included in our prices. If you are pleased with the service you have received let your service provider know by tipping 18 to 20% . This is customary. Envelopes are located in each room as well as the front desk. We can not add Gratuities to your credit card. Our staff accepts cash and venmo.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations. Last minute cancellations will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. Call or text 914-419-5273 (make sure you receive a response) you can not cancel through the reminder text, we will not receive it.
No-Call, No-Show, will be charged for the full appointment.
If using a Gift Card to hold your appointment it will Void your Gift Card Value.
No call no show for Laser hair removal will result in the forfeit of your session or full appointment fee for consultations.

Parking is located in the back of the building (Gravel Parking), Follow the path, there are signs to the front of the building so you do not have to walk in the street. There is also street parking along the rockwall on Veschi Lane N (our side of the street) and street parking right in front on Route 6. Please do not park in the florist/hair salon/sueco fuel or the funeral home parking lot. Please do not park in our driveway it is for employee parking.
